Barzilai is located 6 miles from the Gaza strip and is the first responder to any missile attack. It is the frontline hospital in times of conflict, treating civilian victims and soldiers injured in combat. The hospital has created several underground areas where neonatal infants, newborns and critical patients are relocated for protection and treatment.

ERAN provides Lifesaving Emotional First Aid Services, offering initial response and emotional support on the phone and online, while maintaining strict confidentiality and anonymity.
Just 16 miles from the Gaza Strip, Assuta Ashdod is Israel’s first fully rocket-proof hospital, designed to withstand attack from missiles, atomic, biological and chemical weapons. Ashdod is on the front line for terror attacks, suffering multiple rocket hits in recent years. The hospital was built with a unique bomb-shelter design, enabling lifesaving work to continue uninterrupted, without the need for evacuating patients.
Oketz K9 Unit Oketz is a unit formed by soldiers who fight with their dogs in the front lines. Oketz soldiers were amongst the first to arrive at Be’eri and Re’im and saved tens of civilians hiding in their homes from the terrorists. The unit is in need of funding to provide necessary safety equipment, food, and medical aid for their 4-legged warriors.
Brothers and sisters for Israel is currently the largest civilian aid organization at the forefront providing immediate support to civilians and soldiers, in full coordination with the Israeli military.
